In-Facility Area Rug Cleaning
For Oriental rug and area rug cleaning, we recommend in-facility treatment rather than cleaning them on-site in your home or office. Cleaning area rugs on location as you would clean wall-to-wall carpeting is not the most effective treatment.
Capital Carpet and Services cares for the finest to the most basic rugs. We will pick up your rug and bring it to our facility. There, it will receive our professional attention for maximum soil and spot removal, as well as the highest level of care for your fine rugs. We will start with an evaluation of your rug to choose the best procedure possible for maximum soil release. Depending on the type of rug, it will be rinsed one of two ways. Most rugs are rinsed with our extraction equipment on both sides. Other rugs may be washed in a wash pit designed especially for particular woven rugs and Oriental rugs.
Having your rug cleaned in our facility allows us to give it several treatments for a more thorough cleaning. Also, controlled drying, and the use of various tools that are not available on location.
Our carpet protector is available for area rugs too. The protector makes it easier to blot up and clean future spills. It also helps stains release more easily when the carpet is cleaned, protecting your valuable investment.
